Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026
The service
Hirably provides consent-led verification of staff identity, residential address and guarantors, and returns a factual report of what was and was not confirmed. Hirably does not make hiring decisions and does not issue verdicts about a person.
Acceptable use
- Request a verification only for a genuine hiring or engagement decision.
- Obtain the candidate's consent through the link we provide — never on their behalf.
- Do not use Hirably for surveillance, stalking, debt collection, or any purpose unrelated to employment.
- Do not re-sell, scrape, or republish verification data.
Reporting misconduct
Where the service allows an employer to log a workplace incident, the employer must attach supporting documentation and attest to its truth. Unsupported claims are removed. Repeated false claims lead to suspension of reporting rights.
Accuracy
Reports describe observations at a point in time. Hirably does not warrant future conduct and is not liable for hiring outcomes.
Fees
Fees are shown before checkout. Completed verifications are non-refundable.
Termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.
